How we Work

• We meet every Monday night from 7.30 pm until 10 pm at the Mountview Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Whitehorse Road and Doncaster East Road in Mitcham.
• We start with a warm-up, and rehearse a mixture of new material and well known songs each week.
• Members are issued, on loan, with their own set of sheet music for the songs we are currently rehearsing, which they can take home to learn and practise.
• Potential new members are welcome as visitors at any rehearsal.
• There are no auditions, and you do not need to be able to read music.
• We perform up to 10 times per year in Melbourne and occasionally in country Victoria.
• Members choose which concerts to sing in, depending on their own availability
• We perform from memory, but there is no pressure for members to perform until they are confident with both words and music.
