Now in its 46th year, the Maroondah Singers is a mixed-voice community choir focused on enjoying the experience of choral music by both choir members and audiences.

We meet every Monday night from 7.30 pm until 10 pm at the Mountview Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Whitehorse Road and Doncaster East Road in Mitcham.

We present a varied program, including songs from the shows, ballads old and new; classical and modern; secular and sacred; from composers ranging from Rodgers and Hammerstein to Sting.

The Maroondah Singers Memorial Scholarship assists promising and enthusiastic young singers to continue studying singing whilst gaining experience as a soloist in public performance with a large choir.

Most of our concerts have been held to raise funds for community groups. On these occasions Maroondah Singers present an afternoon or evening concert lasting up to 2 1/2 hours, providing a varied program of well-known, light, middle-of-the-road music.
